Novatel Wireless Jetpack 4620L Standard Battery

My service provider said they don’t make these types of batteries anymore. I found the battery brand new. It last a long time. Thank you.

I ordered a battery for my jet pack in November 2018. When it started swelling and pushing open the battery in November 2019, I went to my orders on Amazon and clicked on order again. When it came, I put it aside a couple of weeks till it got so bad that I had to change it. When I put the new one in, it appeared to be thinner. But it fit in the hole and came on so I didn’t question it. Later that afternoon I realized the WiFi was not working. The jet pack was extremely hot. I took the battery out and let it cool. Then I took both batteries and compared them.The first replacement battery read: 3.7V 3000mAh 11.1whThe one I just received was thinner and read: 3.7V 1500mAh 5.6wh. Sounds like it is half the power I needed.When I reorder something, I go back to the original order so it is exactly the same. The same numbers and the same vendor. Did not work for me this time. Very disappointed.

Fits and performs perfectly

I ordered this as a replacement for my Verizon Novatel WiFi Jetpack 4620L. It looked identical to the one that came with the jetpack. However, this product is a COUNTERFEIT! The replacement battery I ordered was not the same shape as the OEM, the replacement was missing the hologram sticker of the OEM battery and the label on the back is different showing a different manufacturer, and most importantly the WiFi Jetpack did not recognize the battery when it was installed. Also, this third party seller gouges you on the shipping as my order arrived in a standard letter envelope with a single $.50 stamp when they charge $4.00 for shipping. I have reinstalled the OEM battery and asked for a refund.

Battery is defective you would think when you buy something new it works like new ! Put the old one back in its 5 years old and it holds charge way longer works better than the new one ! Now you gotta screw around and send it back wasting time and money !

Fits fine (about a third the thickness of the original) but it won't hold a charge. Would give a 0 star rating if it were available.
