I have been taking these supplements for over a week now and feel absolutely amazing! There claims for more energy and appetite suppression is ON POINT! I have gluten intolerance, as well as sleep issues abd depression. Saffron Extract has helped with all of these issues immensely. I'm not "eating my feelings" as much, my mood has increased, and I'm sleeping much more sound. It hasn't cured anything by any means but definitely makes my day much more bearable. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I found this product to do as it should do....lift moods. Along with a healthy diet and vitamin D3, this compound is great for adding more evenness to your day. I do recommend this product!
