The jinchan Linen Tie Up Valance is exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen. The material has a good weight, and the slate blue flax color is even better than expected, perfectly matching the one I order with it. It offers functionality with options to tie up or leave down for added privacy and is light-filtering. It was very easy to hang, especially after looking up some how-to guides since this was my first experience with tie-up valance window treatments. The length of the valance matched the ordered size perfectly. The height is adjustable based on how you tie it. Folding the curtain into a fan shape and looping the back tie around the front tie at your desired level on each side made it easy to hang. However, tying a bow, if that’s the look you're going for, was a bit tricky for me. The only minor suggestion I have is to check the strings before hanging the valance, as there were some on ours. But overall, it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend! I bought two sizes 42 x 45 (which I should order one size longer) 45 x 36 perfect !

gorgeous! love their look, slightly see-through but not sheer; instead they block heavy sun light.have 3 now, and going back for the 4th (changed my mind which room they'll go in). they function nicely; look great rolled up or let down. no need to iron; went up with no wrinkles, right out of the package. fabric texture is like linen and colors go so well in my room. good width and length.

It’s very pretty, which is nice, but the color of the beige taupe version is not at all what it shows - the part that has the swirls that looks like a sort of brownish color is actually very orange copper like a sienna. Not a muted tan.

These curtains were perfect. They are cute and scrunch up pretty adorably! Letting some light in for the plants, but blocking some light so it doesnt get too hot. The mix of privacy and openness is good because one can adjust it as needed. They also match the curtain pattern I got for other windows in the home, so thats a nice bonus. Its a common enough pattern that you can find it in other sizes and even with different levels of light blocking. So if you want options and do a bit of reverse google image searching, you can get more with this style to match.
