Not fresh, not as pictured.
I really wanted to love this arrangement when it was delivered, but…I Received this arrangement today and am very disappointed.It is not as full as shown.The roses are not fresh, they are already opening and the buds are soft, meaning they won’t be lasting too long.The filler flowers are purple, not blue and there is half as many stems as pictured.Have requested a refund.Buyer beware of this bouquet.Received my refund. Appreciate a company that stands behind their products and service.

Dead on arrival…
I ordered these for my Mother for Mothers Day and they arrived almost dead. They actually were falling over as we were eating dinner. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered as a gift for my grandmother, very disappointed to hear that she only received the broken glass vase. Missing flowers.Update_ another arrangement was sent and was delivered in tact. Kudos for taking care of it.
