Red Jerusalem Artichoke Small Seed Tubers (Organic) - Winter Hardy Red Fuseau Variety (20 Tubers)

These shipped quickly and came in great condition and I planted them immediately, so they would not die. I was surprised how quickly they sprouted and started getting some good growth. They are not mature enough to harvest yet, but I am truly looking forward to it.

All of my sunchokes came up. We ate some of them this fall. They tasted really good. Downside they caused alot of gas pains. Need to build tolerance slowly

Finally getting to do the review they grew great. smaller tubers than the white variation but they tasted amazing when roasted with salt pepper and garlic powder

There was nothing moist in the package to keep them from being shriveled up . I went ahead and planted them , the package I got from another supplier had some stuff inside the package to keep them in good shape ! I planted them both at the same time , the ones that were in good shape are 3" high already . I don't think yours are coming up . Either send me some more or give me my money back!!

Ordered 3 and they all sprouted! So far so good 👍 arived in good shape.

So far so good. I ordered from MA on April 7 and received on April 15. Plant in ground on April 19 after soaking in water for 1 hr current temperature is 31 ~ 64 F in next 10 days. Will see how it goes.

These artichokes were easy to plant and grew to up to 10 feet for a few of my plants. They had beautiful small sunflowers near the end of their season. I just dug up my first bunch and they are delicious!Worth the wait as they have a long season
