The item size was too snug. Disappointed item doesn't offer the next size up 3x size.

They fit great every where except the legs…way too tight (I have narrow thighs).

great fit on these, and I feel a lot more secure! I have been buying similar items for a while now and these are superior in my view. The material feels good and the padding is good. I add a disposable pad to the mix and haven't had a mishap with these panties. As to size, I have found that I do better with a small although I am overweight. The larger ones just don't hug you well enough for security. The last layer I put on is rubber sothat I can go places with ease. These have been a lifesaver,sold on Amazon.

This is what I've been needing for a long time.
I usually take a size 8 in pant size so I looked at the notes on fit and went to M. I have bought and rebought these, need enough to last the week. I have bought my twin sister some and she is loving them as well. One of my best friends is now wearing them too, who knew. The sewing comes apart in places after long use, around the legs just a bit, but you pull the string and carry on it doesn't seem to affect the wear.

Also material war gut, hab gr 44 bestellt. Kann man aber mindestens 1 nr kleiner nehmen, wenn nicht sogar 2 nr,sonst passt der dicke Teil nicht richtig und schlabbert dann locker zwischen den Beinen Rum.

Endlich eine Inkontinenzunterhose die bequem ist und funktioniert!
Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Unterhosen, die Einlagen bei leichter Inkontinenz überflüssig machen sollen, ausprobiert. Diese ist die erste die ich als so bequem empfinde, dass ich sie jeden Tag trage. Und für meine leichte Inkontinez reicht sie gut aus.Spart eine Menge Abfall und auf Dauer auch Centjes.SUPER!
