I've use a LOT of steering wheel covers over the years, and most are fairly low-quality items that I've picked up at the local auto parts store. I decided to go out on a limb with this purchase as I wanted genuine Cowhide Leather, and the Anti-Slip aspect was appealing.I was pleasantly surprised that this item shipped in a fairly large box and was not just crammed into a padded envelope and shoved in my mailbox. It also had a nice foam roll in it to help retain it's shape, and a small leather tag of sample material to show that it's genuine leather. The wheel cover looks and smells great!! It fit the steering wheel in my 2010 Taurus perfectly, and I did not have to employ the Incredible Hulk to stretch it onto the wheel. That said, it fits snugly and does not move, and really feels good on the hands. AND, as desired, it matches my interior (combo of regular and perforated leather) perfectly!Highly recommend this item and seller (NILE)!

WOW at first I thought it felt sticky and it had a light chemical smell that did not last long and was faint... I had my concerns. But DANG I love this steering wheel cover! Previously on a different car I had a leather vitodeco dragon scale-looking all leather one which was premium, but they didn’t have my new car size so had to shop around. I’m ao glad I got this one! It was the second one I tried.PROs: very grippy, fits without slippage, easy to install, minimalist design isn’t overwhelming, doesn’t interfere with paddle buttons and shifters around my steering wheel, feel secure driving and turning.CONs: that brief smell which dissipated within a few days, and the grippy part doesn’t feel like leather to me - maybe the ventilated part is.It came wrapped nicely, not folded and with a foam core in it to retain shape.I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx XT, which measured 14.5in outside to outside.I have been using the steering wheel cover for about two weeks, so I can’t speak to it’s longterm use but it feels high quality.I would highly recommend!

My steering wheel was starting to wear down where I grip it, and it was always harder and thinner than ideal, but I never liked the wheel covers I saw, especially those "shag carpet" types that look silly and get worn and dirty so quickly. A real leather one seemed like a good idea, and it was. It arrived promptly and odor-free, and with a little patience, easily installed much like a clincher tire on a bicycle wheel. Simply work around the wheel with your thumbs pushing it in place a little at a time. It looks great, and the wheel is thicker, slightly softer and much easier to handle. I should have bought this the day I bought the car.

Well the reason for the big box is to protect this beautiful steering wheel cover . Not only did its have great packaging it also had a spacer inside the steering wheel cover to to ensure it maintains it shape. Which brings to the way it fits and goes on . Like a glove it went on my 2006 toyota 4runner . Very happy with the feel and workmanship. I hope it last . Because this one is pretty good and well worth the price.Just about one year now this steering wheel cover still looks as good as the first day . Great product . My Cover never had a smell to it . It was good to go right out of the box.

I was a little freaked out about cancer causing chemical warning signs on some of the cheaper steering wheel covers sold at auto parts store. I am glad this product is made out of leather. At first I was a little surprised by how much thickness this added to my steering wheel because I have never used one before. I decided to buy this because my steering wheel was showing some signs of wear and tear especially on top of it probably because of years of UV ray. Fortunately I feel that the extra thickness makes the steering wheel feel more substantial and actually I like it on my CRV. Putting this on was not that hard either.

I ordered two of these and they arrived with an incredibly strong chemical smell. I let them sit in the garage overnight, but there was no change in smell, and no joke, they stank up my garage! I know what genuine leather (both vegetable and chrome tanned) and natural rubber smell like. My husband said these smelled like walking in the pesticide aisle of a garden store. When I took them to Kohl's to return, even the lady helping me winced when I put them on the counter! I would not recommend these if you care about your health. There is something very wrong with this product!

I've bought the cheap steering wheel covers at big box stores, these cheap covers aren't worth the money. You're lucky if the covers last one year. I think this cover will last several years and isn't that much more expensive than the cheap covers. The leather is very nice and I didn't find it particularly difficult to put on the steering wheel. Avoid the cheap junk, spend a little more for a well-made product.

High quality steering wheel cover. True cowhide leather. Looks great, feels good. Fit perfectly on a 14.75" Honda Accord steering wheel. Let it sit in the sun for 20 minutes to become more pliable before you install. All covers of this type will make your wheel a bit "fatter", no big deal.
