Allegra is my go to for allergies. When I travel, I always end up getting allergies so I usually take this a few hours before I arrive. I also tend to get a ton of allergies during allergy season so I actually take this before I go to bed and most of the day I do not get any sneezes which is nice. The pill is not too big so it is easy to swallow and it works pretty much the whole day for me. I usually take it at night, but I do take it during the day if my allergies are really bad. You only need to take one for it to work and it may not work for everyone unfortunately. I recommend trying it out and just testing it during different parts of the day. I found mine to work best taking it before bed. It is non drowsy so it should not effect your day. I took it during the day and felt fine. Overall this allegra is a pretty good allergy medication. It is on the pricier side but it works. I have had little to no allergic reaction through the day.

Even though it's 24 hour relief for me only lasted 12 hour and it doesn't make you drowsy for night time l suggest using one for evening that does make you drowsy
