just easy and simple to make asian grass jelly i follow instruction but still too soft adn falling a part easy. i like my jelly firm i might have to reduce amount of water. I recommend it taste authentic

It is a little scary. Does anyone know where exactly which part of this product contains lead? I hope it not in the mesona powder...
