My wife bought these shoes 10 months ago through Amazon. She first complained that the shoes were hot, but she learned to live with that. Now, inside the toe box, a hard kink has developed in whatever is used to give the shoe shape, and there is a sharp point sticking down on her big toe. Very uncomfortable, as you might imagine. I wrote to fizik about it and the response was **There is a 2-year warranty on our shoes but only if you buy direct from us. Otherwise, go back to where you bought them for help.** We both have fizik saddles on our bikes and really like them, and I even have a pair of their bib shorts that I really like. But their customer service is BS, I mean, how many people buy anything direct from the manufacturer? I don't know how to approach Amazon about it, or if they even would since the return window closed a long time ago. Guess I'll have to find another brand to like!

Nice comfortable shoe. Stiff sole for not being carbon. Nice BOA closure. Fits snug but not tight. Don't know how they'll perform in the AZ heat.During my first long ride in these shoes, one of the cleat screws came off and the cleat was sliding left and right. Luckily another rider had a spare screw he gave me. I bought some Locktite today and will use it on l the cleat screws, tightening them to proper torque. Otherwise, I really like the fit and the stiffness of this shoe. The pink highlights compliment my pink socks and pink kit well.

I wanted to love these! I have a fizik saddle that I’m in love with but these disappoint. The tongue is very thing and flimsy. I’ll kee them to use indoor but am not confident that they would be very comfy for a longer ride.

The design is so hot, tried them on and very comfortable, there are no signs of poor quality. Fizik does nice work have their saddles too. I will update once I ride. Ok it’s a month or so later and no complaints. I probably could have ordered slightly smaller but I like to keep my toes moving anyway. Super comfortable on 60 mile ride and several shorter too. Cleanup is easy too.

Very comfortable, I’m 8 in us size and I bought 39.5 it fits perfectly.

Nice shoes size is right on. Really like the boa fasteners. Feels like I am getting more power to the pedals with these shoes. Seller was quick to respond to my query about the shipment.

A little pricey side compared to my $60 pair, you can feel the difference in material quality, how sturdy it feels etc. If you want a pay for an extra fifty bucks for something that looks sleek and feels premium, go for it

Scarpe perfette sia per il colore che per il design. Le ho trovate molto comode e leggere. Io prendo il 42 e mezzo ma ho preso il 43 e vestono benissimo. Materiale resistente e traspirante. Arrivate in anticipo. Anche il prezzo è ottimo.

Facilidad a la hora de poner y quitar la zapatilla. Gracias al cierre BOA permite el ajuste deseado para evitar adormecimiento de pies o exceso de holgura. En particular tengo un pie con mucho empeine y no he sentido tener el pie apretado.
