Great antenna, hides well, multiple mounting choices
I installed this antenna this past weekend. Easy to install and I installed it on the side of the house. My wife is not one for big ugly antennas messing with the looks of the house. So needless to say, she really liked that this antenna was really sort of hidden and not very obvious. This antenna can mount on a pole, but I choose to mount in on the side of the brick.I live east of Cincinnati way out in the suburbs. With this antenna I was able to get all Cincinnati area stations (including the educational station in Northern Kentucky) plus most of the Dayton, OH stations. Now clearly, Dayton is beyond the 35 rating of this antenna. The pre-amp that comes with the antenna clearly is doing the heavy lifting. The little amp is rated at 15db so I wonder if I got a third-party pre-amp rated higher is the rest of the Dayton stations would come in? I am going to try it when I find a higher rated amp at a good price.But for now, this antenna is doing a great job and we are getting 54 channels. Very happy. Of course you mileage may very. Keep in mind, Cincinnati is very hilly and we live at a higher elevation. If you live in a flat area, this antenna will probably do well for you. If you live in a hilly area and high on a hill, this antenna should work fine. But if you live in a low lying area, in a valley or such, don't expect the same success that I have.

The delivery was exceptionally quick. This antenna allowed me to pick up 15 over-the-air channels. I tried an antenna from Best Buy with a very high satisfaction rating and only got three channels.

Antennacraft=junk
I find it hard to believe that I paid $60 for an antenna that quit working after two months. The company that makes it is not the one that I bought it from. The company that made it Antennacraft has absolutely NO contact info on their site at all. I'm very disappointed in this product. It will be interesting to see if the seller responds to my request for contact info. I'm going to BBB next to see what they have.
