Awesome book

My only complaint is that I wish it was longer. It is a short collection but I enjoyed it.I have been reading Ricky's work for a long time. I think I found his Tumblr around 2011 or 2012, and he shared short stories on there. I was enthralled by them, and this book was no different. His style is so visceral and gritty, and he is not afraid to hold back. He covers uncomfortable topics, especially when it comes to sexual topics. It's not romance novel smut, it's gritty, true, uncomfortable stuff that we don't want to admit happens behind closed doors. The stories present people as they are in private, but don't tend to share with others. The depraved and the desperate, but the honest human mind.I've never read anything like this. I wanted every story to be longer. There was a post-apocalyptic themed story that enthralled me. It could have been an entire book.Ricky has a way with words. The metaphors and descriptors he use are so witty and smart. He describes things in a way that I envy as a writer. I constantly found myself saying "I wish I had thought of that!"If you like reading things that are different than most, and make you uncomfortable, this is the book for you.

Much better than I ever anticipated! I couldn't wait to read the next story, and the next, and the next. I read the whole thing in a matter of hours. The stories are very dark and different. You can never guess where the story is going and they pull you in until the very end. Very good read!!!! Not for the faint lol

I was pleasantly surprised by the book. Ricky has an interesting and twisted imagination for such a seemingly quiet guy. I look forward to his future projects not only in the written medium but on screen as well. And of course in his musical career. It was a quick and entertaining read.

I loved it! It came in great condition, and I also just love Ricky Olson, as well as Motionless In White. Even though you shouldn't put the universe in a tube.

These stories are absolutely brilliant. They’re gritty and dive into the side of human nature most people don’t typically think about. From every vividly gruesome detail down to the plot twists, these stories will remain with you and make you see people a little bit differently.I look forward to reading more!

I've been a fan of the band for years and I had high hopes for Rickys book being really good but it exceeded all my hopes. This book combines reality with possibility and it was such a fantastic read I finished it in one night.

I read this over and over.

I read this book several times now. It sends shivers down my spine every time. The darkness within humanity is truly well explored within this book

Each short story is something different and a really good read.

Ricky is a fantastic writer. Look forward to finishing this book!
