OK, it’s just tissue, but it’s of good quality and super cute. My daughter's expecting, and my gifts at her shower were plentiful and practical. I used new laundry baskets and organizational baskets to contain her gifts, adding this super cute tissue elevated the practical to the pretty.

I was looking for larger tissue paper and this was perfect. The silver doesn't flake off an leave glitter all over everything either which is nice.

This is great paper for either adding to a bag or for wrapping. If using for wrapping, you will need at least two layers.

Paper is very pretty. Package only had 12 sheets in it. Definitely NOT 24 as advertised. Needed them to make tissue Pom poms for a party and didn't have enough. Not worth $7.99 for 12 pieces.
