Can you but replacement seal for cap

Not sure as we have had no problems so far.

No there is no glass inside the bottle. The inside wall is stainless steel.

How can I contact the seller to ask for a specific colour?

Opting for the seller's choice, I ordered two and they were considerably cheaper. Some colours were advertised.
