This product was of high quality, easy to adjust breathing in and out resistance with flux valve. Two levels are easily accessible to adjust resistance while you are in the middle of your workout. It's very nice that they provided 6 extra flux valves. I will use it to train for a mountain climbing marathon event. I had some concern about taking the cover off and afraid of breaking it, but it turned out to be easy.

The mask is well made and sturdy. It is easy to adjust for a good fit. It definitely helps with steady breathing.

It comes set at the intermediate level so you need to make sure you read the instructions before you begin using or you just might pass out!
