An excellent source of protein, and cheaper than buying them in a can.

Be careful with the bag!
The beans themselves are excellent, but the bag is that kind of "hard" plastic film that doesn't really stretch and tears easily. I'd recommend emptying these into a more durable container as soon as you get them.

Huge bag, Great buy, Cooked well!
I cook up 4 cups at a time with no problem. I found I had little to no shelling and they had great flavor.

Not the ones I was hoping for.
I was hoping that these were the softer ones that my Grandmother used to give me. They were as addictive as eating peanuts, however, the are as hard as stones. So I guess they can only be eaten after cooking in some way.
