We all know skip shift is there for the EPA. We all know it’s 🤬 irritating. After install I almost grin when the dash shows the skip shift prompt and I pick 2nd.

This is the first thing that any Corvette owner I know purchases. This simple item will allow the driver to shift their manual transmission from 1-2-3-4 without the annoying lock out that requires 1-4 shifting in certain conditions. Chevrolet says that this shift lock out is to be more fuel efficient however it can be annoying and dangerous when turning at a stop light. Try going around a left turn at a stoplight and shift to second as you progress around a turn and you are locked out and forced to go to fourth gear. Nuts! This small unit will eliminate the problem. I love it and highly recommend it to any newer Corvette owner. Who needs a shift chaperone on a Corvette anyway?!?!

This awesome little doo-dad solves a problem that no one asked Chevy to create. Easy to buy, easy to install, took me about 10 minutes because I had never done one before. Would take 2 minutes if I had to do it again.

I have a C7 Z51 M7. And hated the dreaded 1-4 skip shift. This eliminates it. If you hate that your car does that, this will eliminate that function. Easy to install as well.
