Cholula, trash, Tapatio, in a pinch. Tabasco, watered down vinegar. Valentina, and particularly black label, is the king of Mexican style hot sauces. It is a perfect balance of flavor and hotness.

My grandson uses this on everything practically.. Ramen noodles, pizza, tacos, chicken, burritos, chips, chicken nuggets, peparoni hot pockets and more, he uses a a quart bottle in 3 weeks or less.
