My child has been using this product for over 5 years and quite literally it saved his life. I just reordered it and realized that I never shared my story on this product yet it may be hugely beneficial to individuals with mitochondrial issues, kids with autism, kids with sensory issues...etc. All these problems are often sourced to some kind of mitochondrial deficiency. I took my child to the best doctors in the world to figure out why he was unable to digest food, was unable to progress in gross motor skills...etc. I eventually came across a researcher from John Hopkins who conducted a number of studies and determined that my child needed this particular amino acid to help him produce energy at a cellular level. While changes were not immediate, religious use of this product (2 capsules a day, before meals) has saved my child's life. My child today is a lively, happy, and healthy individual....versus someone who average doctors nearly gave up on. I have bought this several times, works for me. The last time I bought it the capsules looked only half full, like another review said, but then I realized that the powder was just packed down in the capsules. I lightly pinched the capsule and the powder spread out and filled the capsule.

I had chronic fatigue due to lyme disease and high mercury. Nothing helped my energy & recovery from workouts like this product. Apparently my doctor says that I am missing an enzyme that converts b12 so I was essentially malnourished. Only concern with this product is if you use it for a prolonged period, you can have hardening of the arteries due to too-high amounts of cystein in the blood. Something to watch out for with this product. Oh, and I gave it 4 instead of 5 because I wish the dosage came in half the amount. I usually open the capsule and dump half of it out.

I have histamine intolerance, meaning almost anything I eat produces excess of it and allergic skin reactions. This amino acid helps metabolizing histamine and I can have some foods that are tipically forbidden for me such as cheese and wine. It is great antioxidant too and I noticed improvement in my skin after two weeks! This brand is vegetarian friendly and is a good deal. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this product. My 8 yr. old boy had a mosaic pattern of plantar warts covering his big toe. Playing sports was very painful. Dermatologist recommended giving him 500 mg once a day of L. Methionine with 25,000 units of beta carotene for five days and then increase the beta carotene to 50,000 units a day. Pain was gone from toe in less than a week and by the end of 2 weeks, so were all the warts! Skin smooth and completely healed. This is absolutely true!

After taking this product I feel more bloated. I’m not sure I want to finish the bottle.

So far so good. The 🐈 that needs this daily eats it all in a Churu, along with his 2 other supplements. He seems to be doing fine.

The bottle delivered broken and all capsules spilled out in the box. No return allowed for this kind of products. It was a disapointment.
