I bought this instead of the usual standard whey as I assumed it would be better, the taste is slightly bitter due to the lack of additives but you get over that very quickly. I use this in every day life as part of my breakfast in a smoothie and I feel a lot healthier for it. Also drink lots of water and take vitamin D and iron tablets you will be happier and work more efficiently.

Lots of negative reviews mention concerns about the protective seal on the tub - noting a pin hole.Please look on the official ON website under "authentic products" which gives a guide to checking you have the real deal.The pin hole is explained on ON's website as follows "A pin hole has been added to reduce pressure during transit." so shouldn't be of concern.On a related point, the protective seal on my tub wasn't properly adhered to the tub, giving concerns about tampering, etc. I risked using the product and it is fine, tastes good, with no ill effects, etc.In future I will only purchase directly from ON's website as, clearly, given their website has its own page on "product authentication tips", there must be a lot of counterfeit items out there - buyer beware!

Got the vanilla flavour. So subtle and just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend!

And taste not as good. Vanilla better and cheaper. But obviously that’s just my opinion
