Love this little pot. I bake sourdough and need melted (vegan) butter to brush on top of sandwich loaves baked in an open top pan. Works perfectly. I just put a tablespoon of the butter in it and put it in the oven for a few minutes just before the loaves are done baking. I’ll be using it for outdoor grilling this summer too. This is a pan I never knew I needed that is getting more use than I could have imagined. Plus, it’s Lodge - quality cast iron that is durable and distributes the heat evenly & made in the USA. What more could you ask for?

The only bad thing I can say is when I received my package there was a hole in it and the brush was missing.
