This is an excellent product. I first bought this from Amazon.es and I am really pleased that I can now get this make of MCT oil in the UK. The taste is good and it does everything you would expect from an MTC oil. It is considerably cheaper than other MCT oils and I cannot taste the difference. Furthermore, it was exellent in Bullett Proof Coffee. I am sure you won't regret buying this product. Next day delivery is good and the packaging is also to a high standard - thank you mituso

I use it for cooking or i just eat it straight to add to my fat content in my diet I think it's great thanks

The product arrived as promised but it leaked evrywhere, packaging is not very good!
