Got it in red and it looks great and vibrant. Leather texture feels good, stitching looks solid enough.Magnets feel strong but what does that mean? Using a mix of crisp and worn US dollar bills, it was able to firmly hold (in my subjective view) 30 layers, or 15 bills folded once. It could hold more—I tested up to 40 layers, but I'm not comfortable with it in practice (front pant pocket or purse storage).Comes slightly wrapped with a wax paper, partially around the retail hang card, in a plastic bag with an adhesive top.I tend to buy stuff for life so we'll see if this product is still around when it's time to update the review.

I had a black one that I lost I decided to try a green one this time just for a change of color.2 THUMBS UP!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!It's good quality, good stitching, good leather, the magnets are strong, you can have a pretty big stack of money and it still clamps right down, as a matter of fact, when you first get it it's a bit difficult to open, but that will break in quickly, trust me...The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, I think it's a little bit overpriced...

Someone gave my husband a clip like this a long time ago and he has carried it daily for years and years. Lately it was looking a little worse for wear and he asked me to get him a new one. This is pretty much exactly the same as what he had. He likes it and I thought the price was good, so it’s a win-win!

Very strong magnet. First one lasted about 5 years. This is a replacement. The magnets will eventually work through the stitching holding the leather together. Since this is a very elegant piece of work it will need replacing from time to time. So if you have a need for it, know you will need to replace it like a pair of shoes.

Advertises strong magnets but there are not, just average money clip

Does the job well without taking up much room. Fingernails recommended to separate the jaws when no cash is between them. I like it so well I’m buying a 2nd one for smaller denomination bills.

Mein Mann hat sich vor 25 Jahren eine gleiche (diese) Scheinklemme in den USA gekauft. Damals war sie komplett aus Leder.Heute ist sie leider nur noch außen aus Leder und innen mit einem Stoff versehen. Diese wird dann bestimmt nicht mehr so lange halten. Schade.Der Magnet ist aber sehr gut und stark.
