I originally bought this (with a giftcard not on amazon) because it sounded interesting and I like peaches. It's not very hot but it's a unique, delicious flavor. I don't really taste peach to be honest - I know it's there and probably lends to the mild sweetness but for me the main flavors are cayenne and apple cider vinegar. I'm a big fan of vinegar flavors (vinaigrettes, salt and vinegar chips, red wine vinegar on deli sandwiches etc..) so the ACV in this sauce is very enjoyable for me. Might not be for everyone but I like it so much that I always have a bottle or two in the house. I use it mostly on tacos which are my favorite food and now no longer seem right unless they are topped with this amazing sauce. I haven't found any other hot sauce that uses ACV so I'll be shelling out $10 per bottle to make sure I always have some available. My boyfriend also really likes it and does not have the same affinity for vinegar flavors like I do, so if you're unsure if you want to try it or not, I say try it! Seed Ranch - Please do not ever discontinue it! Maybe make a gallon version.. I eat a LOT of tacos.

Flavor was ok a little more heat would be nice but overall flavor was about what I expected was disappointed with the thickness it was too thin especially for the opening on the bottle needs a smaller opening pours out too fast I know I’m nit picking but just trying to be honest brushed some on some wings with good results added a bit more heat too it though

I've been using this as my go-to hot sauce. The peach flavor limits which dishes it's good in but it's so good that it still works for most dishes.

Which the heat of a solid hot sauce but the hint of peach allows it a versatility that non-hot sauce foodies will enjoy. Do wish it had a cover so you can use it a few splashes at a time like tobasco or Texas pete.

I love it on grilled chicken or fish to give it a flavor kick

I have tried 5 of the sauces from Seed Ranch and they are all amazing!! The Thai is my favorite so far.

21 servings (half of bottle) to slightly affect the taste of 1 whole meal .. and even then you have a slightly affected taste an no heat.
