Foot massage
I've had this mat for nearly 2 years now and I am very pleased with it. After a long day on my feet it is pamper time, a foot bath and 20min on the stones(can watch TV at the same time). Takes up very little space when rolled up. Get one!

Fell to pieces, literally
As soon as I opened the packaging the pieces were starting to fall off the matt.Fair enough it was cheap, however, useless as the pieces continued to fall off.Straight in the bin!

great item for your feet pression points
of course in the beginning it will be painful, but slowly you can get more confident and also this is painful because is working, I do everyday for 10 minutes and is amazing, do it with care, if you can't stand start seating in a chair with your feet in the mat and slowly you will improve it.

Good product, bad presentation
Product was good, presentation was not. Was brought for a Christmas present and delivered in an awful broken state
