Well built, easy to load, and holds a lot of chips.
Nice, well built smoker box. Works better than the "tube" I had been using. Issue with using in a pellet grille, is there isn't enough airflow to keep it going. This isn't an issue with the product, just an issue trying to keep it going in a low air circulation enviornment.

Smaller than expected, but that is likely because I didn't bother to read the dimensions. I purchased for my son, so I don't know how it works yet

Excellent Smoking Chip Box!
This box changed the game on my Masterbuilt propane smoker. The supplied chip tray always catches the chips on fire. This box kept them from burning and just let them smoulder so my chips lasted much, much longer. Changed the game for my smoker!

Needs holes in bottom
No holes in the bottom. I don’t soak wood chips (which I would usually do)Put them in and turn upside down It takes too long without the holes in the bottom. Definitely a design flaw. I wouldn’t buy this one again would look for one with holes in bottom
