Honey-Can-Do HMP-01629 3 bag mesh laundry sorter, 30.5" x 15.3" x 30" , Blue/White

I prefer the mesh laundry bag because with dirty or wet clothes, it doesn't hold mildew or dirt like the canvas bags do. I've had this type, different manufacturer, for 15+ yrs. but the others would not stay together, the pipes kept coming apart, and I duct taped all the joints to hold. It also collapsed if clothes were on top. This one stays together, joints are secure, isn't filmsy for PVC pipe, takes up small space (got the two bag), holds all the clothes, rolls around my laundry room, the blue and white looks good, it doesn't collapse when clothes are just on top of the rim, and can remove the mesh bags to wash if needed. I don't need to remove bags to carry wash. I only use to keep clothes till I'm ready to wash. Wish I'd not put up with my duct taped one and gotten this sooner, but didn't realize a new company was making these and they are an improved product from the older ones.

I had one that lasted over 10 years, but the plastic kept cracking and broke. This is very similar, but the bags are larger and so I know I can't fill it to the top. Like others have said the weight of the bags don't stay up, since they did not make it with holders on the outer corners like my old hamper had. So we drilled small hooks on the outside-sides, and have the hooks face downward. Works perfect and with the hooks facing down it won't tear the bag. I like the mess bags so they won't trap the smell and create mold.

I was hesitant at buying this at first, thinking that if it was made from PVC, it wouldn't be to sturdy. When it got to me, I was surprised after I put it together. It probably won't stand up to the jungle of a 5 year old's room, but for the small apartment/dorm room, this thing is perfect. Even without the instructions (I left them in the other room...) it was put together in just a few minutes. I have only had it for a little while, but I don't see any problems coming. I don't let laundry pile up, so I can't vouch for how much it can hold, but with the top openings about 1 foot by 1 foot (roughly) and standing about 2 and a half feet, I can imagine just how much it will hold. I only plan on having it for another few months before I pass it on to the people who relieve me (I am in Afghanistan,) it definitely does the job for me.On a different note, some other reviewers have mentioned that the bags are not the sturdiest, and I would have to agree. I have other bags that I use in there that are much sturdier. I use the Honey-Can-Do LBG01142 White Mesh bags.All in all, a good product. Not cheap, but a good inexpensive one.

Good for the price however, the 2 I purchased are broken. Both broke at the bottom

This item is very poor quality and I am very unhappy with this purchase.---The instructions that come with it are not very clear.---Not all of the pieces are labeled so you have to guess which is what.---The mesh for the bottom came torn already out of the box.---The pipes will only stay together if you glue/tape them (they won't stay inside the connectors).---The bags will not stay up once you put anything in them ( there is nothing keeping the sides of the bags up)Only buy this item if you plan to duct tape it together, jerry-rig some way to keep the bags up in between laundry days, and don't care how it looks after you've done all that. There are much better laundry sorters out there.

i originally bought one of these before i retired from the army & brought it with me when i retired & moved several states away. before moving across the country from there, however, i got rid of it with concerns about its survivability from its age. i bought another on purpose, once i finally got settled again around a decade after my first purchase of this item. here's a tip that's not in the assembly instructions: point the mid-bar hooks away from the hamper at a 90° angle so that it grabs hold of the bags better & keeps the bags over the sides of the hamper structure, otherwise it can have a tendency to slip off & fall.

This was easy to figure out how to put together, which was a good thing since the instructions were absolutely horrible!! I didn't put the wheels on mine since I won't be moving it around. I had one of these years ago and it didn't have the mesh in the bottom. That feature makes it much sturdier and the bags hold better on the clips because they don't sag all the way to the floor when they're full. Works perfect for me as I only have a couple of loads a week and I have to take them to a laundry room outside of the building I live in in my apartment complex. This will make doing laundry much easier. Before I let my laundry build up in much larger bags in the closet, and then did the laundry less often which required the use of a shopping cart and a lot more work. This is a much easier solution! So glad I decided to give this a try. Don't know why I didn't think of this sooner since the 3 bag system worked years ago when I was a married person! Glad they make it in a 2 bag design. Good price, too! Works great. Recommend.

Although it it very easy to put together the sturdiness is good at all. Once assembled it looks nice, once the clothes are in the bag it will not say around the little hooks. the middle bag is ok for a while, but the two end bags never stay around the edges. I sewed the bags around so that can stay open and don't fall down. But that doesn't last too long the bars tend to come out of the slots or if anyone moves or touches it wrong it will fall apart, I was constantly putting the poles back in place even with it being sewn to the the side poles. I am now back to laundry baskets again.

Those who left negative reviews about the bags not holding in place probably didn't assembly the unit properly. The corner pieces look all the same, but they're not - the top pieces have small ledges that stick out to give the bag strings something to hook around - if you don't align them properly they won't work.The bottom corner pieces have 4 connection points - the top only have 3. The extra connection "tube" on the bottom is for the wheels. Take 10 seconds to figure out the difference, then make sure you align the top ones properly so that the edges for the bag are sticking out sideways like they're supposed to.The side bars for the top and bottom are the same length, but the top ones have a little hole in the middle. That's used for a piece that gives the bags another "hook" for the strong to grab on to. The shortest bars for the top and bottom are all the same, it doesn't matter where you use those (top or bottom).If you assemble it properly and tighten the strings on the bags like you're supposed to, this works great. Holds an entire bag full of heavy clothes (jeans, thick shirts, etc...) with no problem at all.

Bon produit en dehors des roues qui ont tendance à se démonter très facilement.... à coller pour être tranquille et faire rouler le chariot normalement
