These are the best vitamins - especially for people that want whole food vitamins but don't like to swallow large pills. They have a pleasant taste, and I feel so much better when I take them.

I originally bought these for my teen daughter, however, I started taking them before she tried them. (She was hesitant since they weren't chewable.) These give me so much energy each day, and they make me feel great! Shortly after I started taking them, she decided to give them a try, and she likes them, too. The minty taste bothered her a bit at first, but she swallows it quick now and doesn't complain about it. I actually like the taste of them.

My 15 year old Daughter has been taking these for about 2 years. These are the most comprehensive ones on the market and the price is very fair. She notices a difference in her mood and energy levels when she doesn’t take them regularly. Do not recommend taking them on an empty stomach and yes the smell is potent but so is the formula.

This was at first an impulse buy I made for my son at a health food store in my local area. I like that the label said upfront that it was designed for teenagers & enhancing their energy. I thought what the heck because it was reasonably priced and give it a try. Right away, his energy levels climbed and were sustained on a daily basis. We, my husband & I, would notice that when he wouldn't use them for the day, his energy was low to low average & would increase upon taking them again so we've been buying them online from Amazon since then. I also like as a mom that he is taking vitamins that are formulated for memory & concentration/focus; equal 3 servings of fruit/veggies. Bottom line, I'd recommend these to anybody.

I took my son for his yearly doc visit and his bloodwork came back with flying colors. Even his vitamin D was great. The doctor was impressed with that.

They are difficult for my young teen to swallow and they don’t taste good. They seem to be doing their job with no adverse side effects.

Huge pills, hard to swallow even for adults, impossible for teen. Very strong smell. Don't recommend.
