Peachi Women's Hanfu Halloween Cosplay Embroidered Chinese Costume

There were no reviews when I ordered this, but I needed a costume fast and it had Prime shipping. My friends, this is not a chintzy costume from a strip mall! The materials (jacket, skirt, shawl) are very pretty, very high quality. The embroidery is well done and exactly as shown. The skirt feels like a nice chiffon and is lined in a white underskirt so it isn’t see-through.I did have to watch a video on how to assemble it. The directions go something like this: (wear some sort of undergarments like shorts and a tank top) Put on the jacket first. Next, pull the back of the skirt up to armpits, bring the (shorter) side ribbons the front of the chest and tie tightly. Cover the bow with the front embroidered panel, then take the (longer) ribbons around the back, crisscross, and bring around to the front to tie in a knot over the embroidery. To finish, wrap the (longer) ribbons around to the outside of the chest (see photos of product for a visual). If these quick instructions aren’t clear enough, search YouTube for “hanfu tying directions.”For sizing reference, I’m 5’7”, 145 lbs, 36 C and a Large fit with about 3” of panel overlap on each side and a little bit of length trailing on the floor. On the Large, the sleeves are voluminous on me, but about 7 3/4” across at their narrowest seam—so that might be prohibitive for some.

Blown away. This THREE piece dress has everything! Style, beauty, QUALITY. I can't believe how well made it is. I was expecting a flimsy COSTUME. It's not a costume. This is a work of art. It's so beautiful. I felt like a princess trying it on. So unique. It came beautifully pressed and ready to wear out of the box! I have never provided a review 25 minutes after receiving an item. I am well pleased with my item. I can't wait to wear it.

I am surprised about how good the quality is for the price. Looks exactly like the picture.Thought this might be Asian Size, so I bought both S & L, but the Small one even had lots of room (going to return the Large which I didn't even take it out of the bag). I'm 5'3 and it is floor length for me.I took off one star because it is not that easy to put on and there are no instructions at all. Took me a little while to figure this out by staring at the pictures from the seller and some experiments. lol

Despite from the thread heads I cut of from the scarf look like thingy the quality of the dress is good, More importantly, it hides my belly.
