Seller was not cooperative at all.
The toilet seat cracked after just a couple of weeks of use. The seller declined the return, claiming that the item was abused or mishandled. Thank you, Amazon, for stepping up and taking care of your Prime members

Duravit D-Code toilet seat
Excellent seat ! Both the seat and the lid close very slowly (no slam). Well made. Mine is sitting on the Duravit D-Code toilet.UPDATENow it broke. Plastic just snapped. Need reinforcement.

Poor quality/high price.
This seat cracked after a while but it cost too much to return plus this is an extremely expensive toilet seat. Very disappointed with purchase.
