Beeps when she shakes
Sometimes it seems like it isn't working as she barks but nothing happens, but my dog will shake and it'll beep. It still works enough she knows not to bark or the collar will come on.

THIS NOT LIKE THE FLIMSY CITRO COLLARS THAT DON;T WORK BEING SOLD HERE . THIS COLLAR IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST COLLAR I HAVE BOUGHT ( IT WAS THE FOURTH ONE) i HAVEN'T HEARD A PEEP FROM MY BELOVED PUP SINCE. PERIOD!

I would not recommend it
Not much I liked about the product. Doesn't do what it says it does. Goes off when other dogs bark nearby. Goes off when the dog shakes its head. Goes off when a blast of strong wind goes by. A waste of your money.

size not as listed
The listing indicates small dogs. The specifications state .4 x .8 x .8 inch which would work for a small dog. The item shipped is 2.75" x 1.5" x 1" and heavy. This is neither acceptable for a small dog nor as advertised. It has been returned. All that said, the quality appeared to be superior. If I had a larger dog, I would have checked it further.

Stops working, or vibrates non stop with no barking
I was happy with this product the first couple of months, it then started vibrating nonstop with no barking? It couldn’t be turned off? Now it says it’s charged and on but doesn’t do anything? I feel like it last long enough to not be returned then died 😔

WASTE OF MONEY
I bought this in August to use at our cabin and my dogs still bark. I tried the test light and it doesn't even work. It is charged but will not work. I wouldn't recommend this bark collar. I kept trying now it is to late to send back, that is my fault.

DO NOT BUY THIS! IT DOES NOT WORK!
This collar ONLY vibrates, beeps, or shocks when it’s NOT SUPPOSED TO. My dog barks and nothing happens. But when she’s just sitting quietly, it shocks her! This collar doesn’t work. It just randomly goes off and it’s having the opposite effect that it’s supposed to.
