Great replacement battery! And the longer runtime is GREAT! My kids love how long their tractor runs now! I will probably be getting this upgrade for their second vehicle. I have had zero issues and installation was the same as the original battery.

We have tried three different batteries for my son’s John Deere tractor and this has been the best by far. At least 2 hours of riding time, it gives it plenty of power to get through snow. So worth it!

I bought this battery April 3rd received it 3 days later. Charged it for 18 hours as soon as I got it just as all the instructions that I could find on the web said, since it didn't come with instructions. Let my grandson ride on his tractor for about 45 minutes and then put the battery on the charger for another 18 hours. Two weeks later I tried to let my grandson ride his tractor and it was dead. So i tried a different charger for 24 hours and unplugged it and the tractor sat for 2 more weeks because of weather. Went to let my grandson try to ride it again and no go. I tried charging it again for 24 hours and let my grandson try it again thinking that maybe it was draining over the two weeks of it sitting, but no luck. It was still dead.I am going to attempt to see what the company is going to do. I will keep you up to date.

We were gifted a John deer tractor and cart from family friends who's grandkids outgrew it. The problem was it was a year too soon for our son. Now that he's almost 2 we thought we'd try it out. However, the battery from not being used or charged in over a year was completely dead.This battery replacement matched perfectly, it's the right size and connector for the charger we have. And it only took a few hours to charge up the first time so we were able to use it the day it was delivered.

Arrived with white acid debris on the outside of the battery. Have not used it much yet, but it seems ok for the tractor. Definitely didn't like the acid debris on a brand new battery though.

I didn’t like the battery that came with my sons John Deere tractor. It didn’t last very long and I always was charging it. If I forgot, well you know how disappointing a three year old goes. So I decided to research better batteries and settled on this one. It’s absolutely incredible. Last at least 3-4x the OEM Peg Perego battery. It’s significantly bigger but fits perfectly in the slot in the tractor and is able to fit inside the OEM bracket to be screwed down. There actually is space for both the OEM battery and this one (although the small OEM battery will not be able to be secured with the bracket if you leave them both in the battery area). But you can close the “hood” of the tractor easily. I like charging one and leaving one in. Then I always have a backup. But this one doesn’t run out often. Very happy with it.

Tried the $50 option on Amazon but it didn't come with the blue casing. Sadly it did not play nice with the voltage cutoff in the wiring harness so I ordered another of these and the Deere Peg Perego is back in action. Lesson learned.
