This is a nice assortment in a handy container. As another reviewer noted, the sizes are for the OD of the grommet, not the ID of the hole. Also, these are NOT rubber, but PVC. While that can be a good thing as it makes them really tough and they'll never dry out and crumble, it also makes them less flexible if they're cold or in a spot that's hard to reach. To make them more pliable, just drop them in hot water long enough to soften them up. You only need to use a few to make them cost effective vs running to a hardware store any time you need one.

Good kit that is like pictured. Kinda wish I got a set with blank solid inserts too but that was my choice not the products deficit . The product is best suited for sheet metal like fire walls and other thin passages. Didn`t work great for the thick aluminum tubes on my boat tower in order to run wires for a light bar. I was forced to trim one edge off in order to get them to seat and crazy glue them in. I was worried at first as people mention they feel like hard plastic however this is a result of the cold. Put them in your pocket or keep inside and you will find they are soft and truly made of rubber and is not a valid complaint . Also people gave bad reviews about sizes and numbers , you can`t complain its the same as the picture! Still happy with the purchase the price is good and I have them for many projects to come.

I needed (8) 1/2" for an RV cook-top stove; manufacturer wanted more than $10 (plus shipping). This kit has twice as many as I needed plus 150+ variety of the other sizes for $7 and free shipping. They appear to be actual quality rubber grommets too. I'm using the grommets as a noise insulator and heat insulator. So far I have not noticed any heat damage or any other defect. The variety of sizes also enable you to create different fitments and such.

This is a handy kit to have around, and I have found it useful, but there are some flaws.1) The rubber is a bit too hard and lacks the flexibility to easily insert it into the hole.2) There isnt enough overhang/lip to hold the grommet in the hole. I ended up having to glue them in place.3) There aren't enough of the larger sizes compared to the small sizes. I feel that most people will run out of the large sizes and have the small ones for years. However, the smallest size grommets work well as sinker bumpers for fishing!Overall, handy to have around to use in a pinch, but too thin and stiff for some applications.

Like other people have said, there isn't much to say about grommets. Out of all I received I have a few that are torn and cut and about 10 that don't have the holes completely cut out. Not a big deal. You can't really beat the deal of all the grommets you get for about $10. Very good quality, just maybe the machine that spits em out isn't the best on the 1/4". I'll just poke em through. Give it a try. Good deal!

You get a lot of variety in this pack, so you're bound to find the piece you need to complete the job. The only problem is that they only give you 5 or 6 pieces of each size, so you may need to purchase more than one pack.

Grommets....what can I say about grommets. Well, one thing I can say is that I now have 179 of them. Yes, I needed that one certain sized grommet to encapsulate that wire ran haplesly through the firewall by an unconcerning stereo technician. No longer do the sharp metal edges cut wire as I bounce along unmaintained streets in the cash starved city where I abode.Grommets.....what can I say about grommets. When you need them, you got to have them and I have 179.

Be aware, make sure of your measurements, some of these grommets are very very small and easily lost. there is also only a limited number of the larger more useful sizes, given a choice I would not purchase this item again it has too many of the sizes I don't need and will never use and too few of the sizes I would like to have in bulk.

A good assortment of grommets sizes at a decent price.The only downside... they stink like hell... had to take outside for a couple of days and they still smell kind of funky. Hopefully it will eventually go away.

HiIt has bad quality strong plastic smell and easily tears.Also most of these sets are not useful.Those are good size and useable are less.Bad quality
