Great Taste
I really like the taste of the water from this machine. The set up was simple and it is easy to use.

It’s pretty easy to hook up.
It is easy to use. I bought this to replace my old water reionizer. It helped me a lot. I like alkaline water.

Really good quality water
Great tasting water. It was easy to install. I have have been using it about 3 months and the filters already show 20 percent used. Ive only used it for the drinking water so I cant speak to the acidic water. Everyone who tries it loves the water. It does have to stay out on the counter unlike their other one that you can install the faucet tap on the sink. I really like it though. doesn't look bad either so I don't mind it being out but you will loose some counter space.

Doesn't Remove Salt from Water Softeners
This took considerably longer to set up than we were expecting--and it included a trip to the hardware store. It still leaks a lot from the faucet, BUT it runs the water through really well. In fact, it is MUCH faster than the reverse osmosis system we have on our whole house water softener system. I've tried it all the way on the alkaline side & all the way on the acidic side, as well as right in the middle, of course. I was hoping it would remove the salt that was added from the water softener, but it really doesn't. The acidic side is definitely less salty than the alkaline side, but it's still enough to ruin my houseplants. I was hoping this would remove the salt, but it doesn't. There's a lot of controversy on whether it's better to consume more or less alkaline/acidic products, but all I can say is that the water that comes out tastes good regardless of which end of the spectrum it's set on. It's easy to use the touch screen. This would be absolutely perfect for my needs if it removed the salt because our reverse osmosis will do that....but it only comes out as a dribble from the RO. It literally takes me a full water to run enough water through the RO system to water my houseplants--OR I can go outside (but only in the warmer months) and run jugs of water from the hose to water them. Also, the price was $1,295 when I first ordered this. It almost doubled within a week--not sure what's up with that, but I"m not convinced it's worth this amount (though it does look very sleek & works well for what it's intending to do).

Impressive water ionizer — slow but effective
I’d never used one of these before and was pretty impressed with the "chemical-free" way it allows you to clean floors and surfaces. Turbo mode (the highest setting) actually makes the water smell like bleach due to the Hypochlorous acid — pretty wild to disinfect using just water. Downsides: you have to leave it out since it’s not an under-the-sink model, it’s slow to fill even a third of a bucket (20+ minutes), and it’s pricey. I imagine most buyers are also using it for alkaline drinking water.

Does it filter fluoride? Unable to actually install.
TL/DR: I am not able to report on water quality, because I did not realize this would be such a complicated installation. Being in a rental home, I was willing to put in some elbow grease or buy an adaptor kit, but I won't be able to drill through the sinktop to allow access for the waste water line that this needs.Additionally, I have asked on the Amazon listing page, and also directly through an email to the company, whether this unit filters fluoride and have not received an answer to this question. To me, this is one of the most vital components to filter out, and there's zero mention of it (although I did find that it filters chlorine). Until the time that I may receive confirmation of fluoride filtration, I would feel uncomfortable going through the vast installation process anyway, only to find out the water contains one of the worst contaminants still. For what the unit costs, I am looking for more transparency and/or at least a reply from customer service to a direct product inquiry.

Amazing water results. We no longer have to buy alkaline water.
We’ve had an RO system for years in our kitchen, but we continued to buy Alkaline water in cases at Costco or the grocery store when it was on sale. I won’t bore you with all the reasons we decided to get one of these Ionization systems besides that, but I will say it’s amazing! The water tastes great and the alkalinity is right where we want it. It’s very easy to operate and the nozzle is purpose-built for filling bottles, so we set ourselves up in the morning and have bottled alkaline water throughout the day at work and track. The system feels very nicely made and it’s super easy to operate. I installed it separately from our RO setup and we use it exclusively to fill bottles for our family.

Too many hoses and visible connections. Not compatible with all faucets
I wish they had more information about this before I got it. I didn’t know I was going to have to hook it to my faucet and have two visible hoses and one coming from my faucet. My faucet is not compatible with the way you are supposed to connect this. I guess you can buy a kit to hook up one hose under the sink but you still have a drain hose visible at all times running into the sink. More information on this, before hand, would have been helpful.
