Must have for those who are in the last stages of pregnancy. I felt this provided much relief before birth. Just watch a few videos on YouTube and you’ll see what exercises are beneficial for yourself. Just make sure to get the correct size for yourself! It was easy to use and put down!

Not bad, could be worse
Great ball. I purchased for end of pregnancy use however the material is really quite thin so started to peal on the lines. It also at time had me feeling it might pop and got lower when I sat on it. Not sure if this is because of more weight from me being on it or if the material got thinner. But does it's job.
