Ella Deluxe 30"x 55" Hydro Massage Acrylic Walk in Tub with Heated Seat

I love my Ella tub which has inward swing door. I have had it for nearly 3 years and use it weekly. I just have one suggestion for buyers: keep a small flat head screwdriver nearby so if one of the drains won’t open, you can pry it open. Ella’s paid local plumber to repair after neither drain would open, I was home alone and had to crawl over side to get out of water (dangerous). I still have issues with one drain cover that won’t open, despite numerous advice from customer support. So I have to use the screwdriver to get it open.
