Nice bag for the longer Celestron telescope everything fits, well made and strong bag.

I just received this bag today. So far it feels durable and well made. I’m using it to carry a video tripod for gigs and travel. It fits my tripod with a little extra room for extra padding if needed.I will update my review after 1 year of use 🙂

I'd be hesitant to call this a "case" -- it's a reinforced duffle bag with internal straps that fits a telescope. It's not going to give your scope or mount a lot of protection for things being put on top of it or on the sides. Of course I knew that when I bought it, it's pretty obvious from the pictures. That being said it's is really well made and does the job I bought it for well.The 3 side pouches offer no padding - not on the outside or inside. This is one area I think they could have improved on and why it only gets 4 stars. A little extra padding on these would have made these pouches much more usable - as it is I use one of them to hold the phone mount that came with the case, I've got microfiber cloths in another, and the last one is empty.The accessories (2 bags & phone-mount) are good quality too. The larger of the two bags is just a small, thin bag - don't put anything of value in there. The slightly smaller one is padded and I am using it to hold a lenses in their cases. It fits a barlow, 3 lenses & my diagonal mirror (all 1.25" & inside their individual cases).As for the phone mount that comes with it 1/2 of it is good, the other not so much. I really like that part that attaches to the lense - it does a good job and it's the only one I have that also allows me to easily adjust the distance between the camera and the lense. The part that actually holds the phone though is not designed well. The pads on the side slip off easy and don't do a good job gripping the phone. Luckily this was all designed using the same standards as the other phone mounts I have, so I mixed and matched and came up with a good solution.Overall the quality of the bag is REALLY good and I expect I will still be using this 20 years down the road.

I don’t write many reviews but was compelled to for this bag. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bag and how it was made. It seems very sturdy and durable (will update review later of that changes). It has padding, two padded dividers down the middle to separate the telescope from the tripod, and straps to keep the telescope and tripod in place. I still use the bubble wrap that came with the telescope as extra protection but that’s more of a personal choice. I think the bag would protect it fine without (as long as you don’t drop the thing). I use this for a Celestron StarSense Explorer DX 102mm telescope. I had to take a few things apart and had to initially figure out how I was going to fit everything, but I was able to fit the entire telescope, tripod, and attachments. I also have a Barlow, 4 eyepieces, and moon filter in the padded bag. I have other accessories in the non-padded bag and even a few more in the outside pockets. I was able to zip everything up without struggling. Highly recommend!

I recently started an astronomy program for the Open Space agency where I work. We needed a way to protect and transport our Meade StarPro AZ telescope. Rhino offered a great price and fast shipping. The product arrived promptly, and is already holding the telescope. My first impressions are positive. The bag's workmanship and materials feel sturdy and high quality. The bag easily fit the telescope tube, tripod, and all the accessories with room to spare. The carry strap is a convenient feature and makes transport easy. I read in other reviews about the relative lack of padding. The bag does have some padding, but it's not really meant to be something you can drop and abuse. It will protect the telescope in the trunk of your car or the bed of your truck, and it will keep the telescope dust-free and organized in storage. That is everything one can reasonably expect from soft case like this. I would feel confident recommending this product to anyone with a similarly sized telescope.

I bought this for my Celestron Nexstar 102 SLT, tripod, mount and a couple of small sized tool boxes. Everything fits perfectly and well protected. Proper cushion around the entire bag and a couple of smaller storage bags included with it as well as a cellphone adapter that works fine (It is difficult to use with a Samsung Galaxy phone with multi camera on the back, but it works with patience and a little bit of skill).I also loved the color and the materials, it seems really well built and strong, I hope this will protect my equipment for years to come.Really happy with the purchase tbh.

I bought it for my Celestron Nexstar 130 slt and everything fits well and I still have space to store accessories. I love how one of the extra bags is helpful for storing the tripod plate because of its shape. I am not too convinced with the padding as it doesn't look too thick, but it is fine. I was able to fit the telescope tube and the tripod with the mount on. The materials look great and it feels like good quality materials.

This bag is great and fits my Bushnell Voyager 900mm reflector telescope perfectly, including the tripod legs. The two accessory bags are a nice addition as well, and are perfect for storing items like eyepieces, filters, or anything else. There's plenty of room inside the case for a small pair of binoculars and the accessory bags, even with the telescope packed inside. The Velcro sealed pockets on the outside are very strong and I feel totally comfortable keeping eyepieces in them. This is a great case and I am looking forward to using it to take my telescope out!
