Described as a panty but I got the front end without panty straps to hold it in place and no tube either and the description clearly shows one. A big disappointment for $43 when you get a $28 item instead. Stay away from this one.

This piece is amazing. The silicone is so flexible that you can put this on under tight panties and be on the go and entire day without it reminding you that it's there. If you're worried about it being too 'pronounced' under tight pants or leggings - don't. The only way that you'll draw any attention 'down there' is if you walk around all day long constantly 'at attention' ;)

Its ok soft feels right but doesn't always stay in place. And it has to come out to use restroom and then back in.

It gets itchy after a while, it is okay to use for short periods of time.

I gave it an honest try. It's not very comfy, it slips all around, warmed to body heat or not. And it's honestly too big of a bulge, which negates the whole purpose of hiding yours.

my sister/brother claims it works great for everyday wear and sleeping..once the silicone comes up to body temp, she says it stays firmly in place.

It may be somewhat useful if you're amazing at tucking but it did absolutely nothing for me. It shouldn't be as pricey as it is for what you get.
