Ki45 Nick Aircraft 1/48 Nichimo

I'm relatively new to aircraft modelling, but not miniature modelling. Unfamiliar with the Nichimo line, I decided to purchase this kit to see how it stacks up to other brands. Bottom line, I can't recommend this model unless it's price were **HEAVILY** discounted. Simply put, the Nichimo 1/48 Nick Ki-45 kit is outdated, especially when other brands, such as Hasegawa, make a far superior kit at a very similar price. Pictures attached, but the major issues are:1. A lot of extra flash that needs to be cleaned up.2. A lot of gaps on the seams, even mold gaps, will require a lot of work in filler and sanding.3. All instructions in Japanese4. Basic detail around the external riveting, but the basics, like internal cockpit, pilot and landing gear is really basic and lacks details..5. No locating pins to ensure proper alignment of model halves.6. Pilot problem 1: This is a 2-seater fighter, but only comes with one pilot!7. Check the pics of the pilot. The one on the right is a Tamiya 1:48 pilot equivalent. The one on the left is from Nichimo. The photo isn't out of focus. The detail of the pilot really is that bad. Plus, he already has a hole in him. Poor guy never had a chance.Due to the amount of work involved, I couldn't recommend this to a beginner. Yet with so much work involved, the detail is still much to be desired, and I can't see how a normal model enthusiast would overlook the quality, considering the price. I'd either go with a different brand, or pay much less than retail.

モールドは良く出来ており塗装後も消えにくく　値段の割りに良いキットですしかし欠点が２つまず１つ目「デカールがスライドマーク(水で濡らす普通のタイプ)ではなく普通の紙のシールである」こんなの貼ったら品質ガタ落ち確実・・・まあ箱絵のとおりにしようとすると塗装技術がかなり要るし「コンパスカッター」と「マスキングテープ」さえあれば意外と簡単に塗装できるので問題ないかもしれません２つ目「俺のつけ方かもしれないのですが左の翼と胴体の間に２，３ミリのスキマができる」くらいですかねこの２つさえ解消できれば値段＜品質　になるので買って損は無いと思います
