Great for scrubbing floors or other around the house projects.
Because of the pandemic I found myself in the position of having to do my own house cleaning. The hardest and most painful part was doing the kitchen and bathroom floors on my hands and knees. I probably could have gotten some kind of long-handled device that I could have used while standing but, to me, you can’t do a really good job of cleaning floors without getting down on your hands and knees. Using a folded towel under my knees was not a satisfactory solution. So I looked on Amazon for knee pads. I wanted something inexpensive, light in weight, comfortable and easy to use. The JYSW Knee Pads were exactly what I was looking for. Although they’re all of the above they are sturdy enough to use while working in the garden or doing maintenance projects around the house. I wish that I had had these last summer when I was doing extensive maintenance work on my ridding lawn mower.I put them on overtop of my jeans while sitting and holding my legs semi straight. The velcro fasteners hold them firmly but comfortably in place. There is no tendency for them to work their way out of position even while switching positions between standing and knelling.I ordered these one day and they arrived the next day.

Firm, excellent joint support, Comfortable padding. Great Product, Great Value!!
For some reason I had a hard time finding adult sizes for knee pads on amazon. I found a lot for kids who play sports, but nothing worth mentioning in larger sizes for the working adult. It took a little longer to get these than the typical order from Amazon, but it was only a few extra days and nothing to complain about.I’ve used them so far for a major painting project at home which required me on my knees under the porch and were these a life saver. They stayed in place for the most part with only one of them slipping below my knee over the course of several hours doing this project, so that’s a good thing. I can’t speak for how breathable they are because I was wearing basketball shorts during the project and it was between 55° and 75° over the course of the weekend. I’m not sure how well they would do in like Florida weather where it’s in 90’s and the humidity is through the roof, but in all honest, I think it would worth it for the comfort and the protection these offer you.

Edit: New Versions are a lot better / Old Title: Comfortable...until it flattens out
Edit: I emailed the seller and they told me how they have new versions of the knee pads made with better foam that doesn't collapse. They sent me over the new pairs and these are a lot better! These do not collapse in with my same prior testing. I've tested these new ones over several days and they are still plump as they were then brand new. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars since they were nice and helpful and provided me with the revised version.Original Review: I got these because I work on the floor a lot when doing flat-lay photography. I use a mat currently when I'm down on the floor taking photos, but I needed something more mobile and not requiring setting up or moving the mat every so often. When I saw these, I thought these would be perfect since it was soft exterior so it wouldn't scratch up my flooring or put huge dents in my paper and I can slide around on the hardwood floor if I just needed to scoot over. Unfortunately, after receiving them, I tried them on to see how durable they were and if they would be good for my use. After about 15 minutes of wearing them and kneeling on the floor, the padding was flattened and stuck being flat. I'm not that heavy of a person. I am a 6ft, 200 lbs male, so I feel they should have held up for that. They are now just as good as a thick hand towel to wrap around my knee. Unfortunately they didn't work for my use, so I will have to return these.

I LOVE these knee pads
In both knees I got bursitis inflammation from scrubbing floors on my knees. I was told to buy knee pads. My husband and I looked on Amazon and found these knee pads. These are the MOST wonderful knee pads! I LOVE them! They are easy to strap onto the knees and they are comfortable to wear. If I wear them around for awhile they slip down my knee, so I take them off when I'm not down on my knees. They are easy to put on and take off. However, using them they make your knees feel like they are in cushion heaven. Your knee problems goes away using them. We are going to buy two more pairs. One for my husband's knees and another pair for me to use outside in my flower gardens.

Design flaw. Chafing and sores to back of knee.
A design flaw, I think... the Velcro tabs are set in the same direction right and left side. This means that one side has a Velcro fastener pad on the inside of the leg. That particular tab gets unattached when walking. The pad should both fasten to the outside of the leg to avoid this. It was confusing at first to figure out whether the “no slip” material (silicone?) was for the bottom or top of the knee. I had to look at their Amazon ad to figure out that it is meant to be on the top. I had been using them upside down! But they seem to stay put better with the “no slip” band on the bottom. I have to strap these on tightly to keep them from slipping down my leg. That causes soreness and chafing/excoriation of the skin behind my knee. I think it’s something I’ll just have to get accustomed to and wait for my skin to react less sensitively. My thought for work tomorrow, will be to eliminate the Velcro tab from the inside of my leg by putting it on upside down on one side, and right side up on the other. I’m not sure how that will work, so if it’s awful, I’ll change the review. I wash them almost daily, air dry them and use my dog’s flea comb to pull out the fibers and grasses from the Velcro. It doesn’t seem to affect its ability to grip. I like these so much better than the cup type of knee pad. Also so much preferable to pull on knee pads. I have thin legs and this set could fit a much larger person.7/13/20 update: See photo of the back of my knee from wearing these knee pads. It causes sores and chafing due to needing to be tightly strapped on in order to keep them from sliding down the leg. With this, and the design flaw of the interior leg fastener which comes undone when you walk, I cannot recommend these knee pads. They looked like they would be great but I regret buying them.

Comfort décevant
La mousse est trop rigide. Le comfort est pas optimale. Par contre, les attaches sont parfaites.

Doesn't fit large legs
These are great, they look great, they feel great to the touch, they seem like they would be awesome.Unfortunately they don't do up for me. The ties are about two to three inches too short to do up and feel secure. (I have thick thighs all the way to me knees)When I have some time I'll see if I can make the ties larger. One star off because I can't use it like it is, and it really needed better measurements in the listing
