No. A million times no.
It was only snug on my thighs as they rode off and rolled up. They settled in a most unflattering way, truly accentuating my flaws (saddle bags, big butt, back rolls) I would be better off wearing nothing. I followed the size chart and got the size it recommended. Nothing was sucked in. Just really big, ugly underwear is basically all these are. The boning in the waist also folded over when I sat down so it was very obvious I was wearing weird stuff under my dress. Do yourself a favor-do not buy these
