This was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had tried everything short of sleeping pills to sleep through the night. I work four 12-hour shifts each week on a stand-up forklift, so my feet ache when I get home, no insole has been really great, but this made a huge difference. It helps with leg cramps throughout the night and swelling in my ankles. I don't even wake up having to use the bathroom anymore! I will NOT run out of this in the future!! Highly recommend!!

Great magnesium spray. It works great for sore or cramping muscles. Does not feel greest or sandy. I’ve had others that feel like I just got back from the beach when I put it on. This one does not so that. You can spray it on and get into bed. The only negative is the sprayer doesn’t always work and I have to open the bottle and pour it into my hands. Great product though.

I love this product. I spray my feet right before I go to bed. Afterward, I definitely get a good night's rest. The only recommendation I could make is to start with a low dosage when first using this product. I sprayed according to the directions and I had very large BMs within a few hours. It was not comfortable. I cut the dosage by half and I am not having the same issue. It is a must try product.

I've never tried anything else similar so I can's compare to other products, but I was having leg and foot cramps at night. It's not a fun way to way up! Did a bit of research on the causes and possible remedies and chose to try this for the first time. It's hard to judge actual effectiveness if applied before bed because my cramps were so random. Weeks or months may go by without any, then once or twice in a single week. When I did apply before bed I suffered no cramps. I have used it after waking up from a cramp and applying. It took only a few minutes and the muscles relaxed and I was able to sleep the rest of the night without issues. My opinion is it works. I imagine it may depend on the cause of the cramps to begin with so you experience may differ, but I'd buy again.

Game changer for sleep!!!! I sprayed this on my feet and behind my neck before going to bed and didn't really believe that it would work. I am a terrible sleeper and always toss and turn for hours and often wake up with horrendous leg cramps. The very first night trying this, I slept better than I ever remember!!! I don't even remember falling asleep!!! And it's been like that every night since!!!! I take sleeping pills and have tried EVERYTHING else and nothing else has worked!!!! I heard about this on Tiktok and figured I'd give it a try and I'm SO glad that I did!!!! I will never go without this ever again!!!! Answer to my prayers!!!

Works great. I definitely feel relaxed when using it before bed. I recommend trying this if you depend on melatonin and other medications to get to sleep at night. I also spray on my stomach when it’s that time of the month and it works!!! 10/10 this is my second bottle

I got this to help with sleep. I’m already taking a nightly cocktail of melatonin, magnesium, benadryl and valerian root tea to help me sleep but even with that sometimes its still hard to fall/stay asleep so I’m always looking for things that might help me. I was pretty skeptical but it does work! I spray about 5-7 spritzes on my feet, rub them together to spread the magnesium oil around, wait for it to dry, then follow it up with a layer of Cerave Healing Ointment. I don’t know why this is called oil, there is nothing oily about it. I was using it without the Cerave and my feet got so dry that my heels looked ashy. So definitely moisturize if you’re going to use it.
