I am Impressed!!!
My husband purchased (as a gift) an activity tracker for >$75, I used it for a week and decided for the price it was nothing more than a glorified pedometer that wasn't that great. I ordered the Pivotal Living Tracker ($15) to replace it, so that I could return the more expensive one. Actually, the Pivotal Living band and app works much better. It states that the battery life is 5-7 days, tomorrow will be 14 days without charging. It is as accurate as the more expensive band for steps. The band is big for my wrist (I have a small wrist) but that has not been a problem.

Good for the price
I got this tracker because I just need something simple to track my steps/distance and basic sleep, and I don't need to be spending tons of money. For $15 and the Amazon prime return policy I figured it was worth a shot.I got mine in yesterday. It charged up nicely, and I have had no problems syncing it with my phone. The app is a bit clumsy, especially the touch sliders for data input. It is difficult (and sometimes impossible) to get it exact because the sliders aren't made well. I have also had some issues with the app crashing randomly, but it seems to start back up again and run fine for a while, so it's not the end of the world.I'm a 5'9" female of average build and the band fits fine on me. The flat piece is a little weird, but pretty easy to get used to. I haven't had any trouble with the band yet, nor have I attempted to read it in direct sunlight (cloudy day today), but it has been easy to use and easy to read so far.It seems to be tracking my steps and movements accurately, as well as my sleep. So no complaints there. All in all, for the price point and what I was expecting I'm quite pleased. The app could use some work but it is functional, and the band does what it is supposed to. I'll update if anything wacky happens.Edit:I've had the tracker for about 4 months now, and it is still working fine. I did have a little hiccup with it where the time was off and it kind of froze and wouldn't sync properly. I went into the app on my phone and used the "reset time" and it made everything work again.I'm downgrading this to a "3" though for two reasons.1) I'm having some issues with the distance accuracy...it's not horrible, but it's enough that I can't trust it for some specific training I'm doing which is a bit of a pain.2) The app doesn't let you share/view actual fitness activity between friends! All it shows is their goals, not what has actually been completed, so it is utterly useless for holding each other to our goals. I had gotten two bands for me and my boyfriend to help us track each other and encourage/kick each other in the butt. But without a way to actually check it's totally unhelpful.I'd say it's still a good deal given the incredibly low price. It does have a good step count, it tracks sleep, time active, and calories burned, and helps you track your weight and water intake. They seriously need to work on the app though.

Nah.
Great idea to have this kind of item at this price point, but it's kind of a piece of crap. Didn't last even 6 months. It's supposed to last a year, then you are expected to replace. Mine physically fell apart where the band connects to the tracker, and when I contacted them about getting a replacement, I received no response. So I tried to just buy a new one, they were sold out (on Amazon and their direct website) and so I signed up to receive an email when they were back in stock. I have not gotten an email from them and that was 6 months ago. I just checked now to see if I could buy one and I honestly have no idea. There doesn't appear to be any way to purchase one. Maybe that's a good thing. Aside from all of this, the actual functionality of the band was lacking when I was using it. I found it to be pretty innacurate when it came to steps and sleep, and the app would have a lot of trouble syncing to the band, and the support team just kept suggesting removing and readding the band. After I did this, for weeks it just wouldn't let me add the band back in, so it was essentially useless during that time. I woudnt really recommend if you are actually interested in the data this item is supposed to provide.

Good but not if you ride a motorcycle
I know this a very cheap product considering the price some of these trackers can go for but I'm not very impressed even keeping that in mind. I already wear a smart watch but when I ride my motorcycle it seems to think I'm riding a bicycle so I decided I would try this product out seeing as it was cheap in hopes it would track better since tracking isn't a smartwatch's main purpose (it does also track steps but it doesn't do a good job of it).Since I wear a smartwatch already I decided I would try to wear it around my ankle but it's just a little too small to fit around my ankle comfortably so now I keep both a smart watch and the tracker on my left wrist which feels like a bit too much but it says to wear it on your less dominant hand and wearing my watch on the left is just more comfortable.Unfortunately, even though when I'm riding my motorcycle I don't move my hands much from the handlebars, the tracker registers what I presume is the vibration from the bike as steps so counts extremely high the days I ride. If you ride a motorcycle this isn't a good tracker to use. I don't want to spend the money on something more expensive to find out it reacts the same way so I think my days of properly tracking steps is over. The days that I don't ride I do feel it is pretty accurate which is nice for such a low cost item.I do very much like the battery life, it is great. I sit for longer periods of time when I'm at work than at home so I charge it while I'm at work which works great.Sometimes my phone doesn't register that I'm trying to sync it and says it can't find a band so I put my phone on airplane mode and then turn that off again and it usually finds the band when I click sync again after that.Another thing to note is the little metal (not sure what it's exactly made out of) clasp rubs off on your skin (if it was proper metal it wouldn't be doing that). I wake up in the morning with two evenly spaced dots on my wrist from it almost every morning. I'm sure it actually rubs off all day I just move significantly less while sleeping so during the day it doesn't have the opportunity to make a mark. It's easy to get off but it concerns me about what type of chemical might be absorbing into my skin all day every day when I wear it.Long story short, if you ride a motorcycle this product doesn't work well but if you don't I think it's worth trying out.
