Overall not bad
Came in a shrink wrapped bag. I had a nice assortment of colors in my bag. Quality is a little cheap, rubber band is slightly flimsy, the size isn't like what it was when I was a kid, those were massive balloons! But was fun for the kids, I guess you can look at it this way, they are perfect kids sized ones. Price was fine for me
