My Hobart 210 needed to connect to my Yamaha 6750 generator to work properly.We used it on 110v but it didn't work on my Railroad ties and chains. So with this we connected it to the 50amp plug and it worked great.Only used it once, but so far so good.

I got this so I could hook my omnipro 220 welding machine up to a harbor freight generator and it works good. The plug is seemingly good quality and I see it being around basically for the rest of my life. The male end just twists into the generator and the 220 plug that comes with the omnipro goes right in the other end. I did research to make sure this plug was the right one.A little pricy but I can't complain that much. I eventually figured I'd be saving a bunch of time over trying to splice something together myself.

I liked that it was for a 260 amp welder to fit my generator
