It's like Timon and Pumbaa are in my living room, offering dating advice.Key Features:Ultra-HD? Check. Dolby Atmos? Double-check. It's not just a movie; it's a safari for my senses.How to Use:Put it in the player, press play, and let the nostalgia roll. Note: Do not attempt to reenact the "Circle of Life" at family gatherings.Personal Experience:Date Night: Put Lion King on for "ambience." Date assumed I was deep, connected to nature. Reality: Just wanted to impress with cool lions.Parents' Visit: Scar's villainy in 4K? Parents questioned my choice of entertainment. I blame Disney for my awkward explanations.Boss at Work: Attempted a Lion King-inspired speech at a meeting. Got more puzzled stares than Mufasa in stampede mode. Fired? Not yet, but it's a ticking clock.Bad Feature:It's not the movie; it's me. Can't stop reenacting scenes. A lovely film anyone will love

Arrived quickly in perfect condition, good price.

While not as good as the cartoon the film looks amazing especially the level of detail. I really hoped that they would mix things up again however being truer to life the film now lacks the humour the animated version had and it's easily missed.There are sections that are better than the animated cartoon but this is overshadowed with the bits that are worse because of the different ways to play out a scene because it's live action. And the less we speak about the additional bits and singing can you feel the love tonight in broad daylight the better.James Earl Jones unfortunately sounds really old but I loved having him back, Donald Glover does a great job with Simba as well as Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner as Pumbaa & Timon.John Oliver as Zazu is a little weak and you miss that humour that Rowan Atkinson brought to the role and the same can be said about Chiwetel Ejiofor as scar, he just doesn’t have that terrifying voice Jeremy Irons had.The less we speak about Beyoncé the better!
