HP DeskJet 3755 Compact All-in-One Wireless Printer with Mobile Printing, HP Instant Ink & Amazon Dash Replenishment ready - Blue Accent (J9V90A) (Renewed)

Purchased as a refurbished unit. Very small footprint so fits nicely on a workdesk. Software installation was easy. It has worked quite well for a moderate document printing load. Prints well on legal size paper. For the price, I am very pleased. [Using on a USB connection to a laptop; have not tested its network capabilities and do not use it with InstantInk or the HP online utilities.] Update: I bought a second unit. The first unit (above) was set up as a USB and it has performed very well and had done what I needed done. I set this new unit up as a network printer. Setting up the printer on the network was a 3 hour ordeal of trying to figure out what exactly one was supposed to do to get the device installed. Finally got the printer installed and running on the network accessed by two computers on the network, in spite of the HP "Smart" software. So, great printer, HORRIBLE setup software from HP.

This printer was bought for home use, so the kids can do they printing of assignments, it is very good and would recommend.

It may be unfair to review a refurbished machine because clearly there had to have been something wrong to begin with or it wouldn’t have needed “fixing.” But supposedly refurbishment returns it to “good as new,” so maybe it was? In any case, it is a nice, compact size, but in order to make a copy, you must feed the documents through the feeder. That means that you cannot copy a page from a book unless you tear the page out! My printer had several glitches that caused me to ask for my money back. First, when I hit print, it froze. Sometimes it would print out the page ten minutes later, sometimes it was several days. Eventually I found that if I unplugged the USB cable, it would begin to print my documents and then stop. If I plugged it back in, it would eject the partial print and then print the document fully. Annoying! But mine also failed to print in color and since I received a refund I never ascertained whether it was due to the printer itself or just a faulty cartridge. All in all, even if it had been only $20, it wouldn’t have been worth it.

This has been a great little machine except for one instance. I live in a camper and have limited space so the compact size and portability has been perfect. It prints vivid and clear pages. This was a refurbished machine so I guess the original print cartridge must have been in it because I ran out of ink after about 20 pages and was worried that that was the norm. I ordered an ink refill and that one seems fine. My one issue with the machine is that it scans just one page at a time. I had a 52 page document that I spent 3 hours scanning (my internet is not great) and I lost power and lost 3 hours of scanning work. It was my mistake also not to save the scanning as I went. Ended up going to local print shop and paying 25$ to scan and save these same pages because I was on a deadline. You do need bluetooth to connect computer to the printer because you need to download App to get to scan page. There is not a scan button on the printer itself. This took me awhile to figure out also. No manual came with the printer. I gave 4 stars due to these issues.

The set up was easy, but connection to my wireless network was rather difficult. Could have used better instructions for this. But now that the printer is working I like it very much. Condition of the printer was great. I could not tell that it was "renewed" as it looked and worked like a brand new printer!

It doesn't respond well and it's slow to print 😒. Overall, I like it 👍 😉

Excellent. Tenía miedo de que no funcionara todo. Pero no tuve ningún problema . Se conectó a todas las conexiones aunque si que me dio trabajo conectarme con el WiFi pero una vez que si lo hice todo funciona perfecto. Vino con las tintas nuevas y todo perfectamente empaquetado.

We love this little printer! It is a little slow, but has a beautiful clear picture. Love that its bluetooth and can print from our phones. It was an easy setup for us!

la impresora llego bien y todo se ve muy bien, costo algo de trabajo que lograra imprimir, sin embargo, aunque parecían nuevos los cartuchos no imprime la tinta negra, voy a comprar otro nuevo a ver si imprime bien sino la voy a tener que regresar.

Dejo de imprimir después de 4 o 5 uso ligero, o sea impresiones de una o dos hojas, ningún trabajo grande ni nada. Por ser de importación, no hay garantía. Tengan cuidado con los productos de importación, las garantías no las hacen válida y como que mandan productos los defectuosos a vender aquí porque allá los rechazarían.

Por ser una impresora americana, los cartuchos que ocupa 65, no se encuentran, solo por internet, realmente si puedes, mejor compra un producto nacional.

La impresora funcionó el día que la instalé y luego no volvió a imprimir. Nadie se hizo responsable, ni respetaron la garantía.
