I've been taking 3 of these with every meal that contains substantial fat or sugar. Half way into my second bottle and I'm down ten pounds. Appetite suppression isn't oh-my-god-I'm-not-hungry, but it curbs it enough to get me to slow down and reassess if I really want to eat more. I'm definitely eating less and staying regular. I feel better when I don't feel congested on the inside, and feeling better helps me to not eat for comfort. Just ordered my 3rd bottle. I go for lab work in a month or so, curious to see how my sugar and cholesterol levels are. I'll update after I get results back.Update. I've been taking these for months. Still losing weight and my ac1, non-fasting blood sugar and cholesterol are all down on labs. Nothing earth shattering, but enough that my doctor noticed. I'm going to keep taking them as part of my health ritual. Change in labs could be due to weight loss and better food choices, but this product definitely plays a contributing role in those changes.

Have only used these for several days so far. Like that they are quick release capsules. They don't feel like the recommended amount is enough to do what it's supposed to, so I am combining this dosage with another brand that is not quick release (2 capsules each brand). Will most likely reorder these and just double the dosage, when I use up the other brand I have. Honestly, this is the only thing I can, or have found after SO much searching and trial and error purchases that is actually helping me not feel hungry all of the time. I have renewed hope that I may actually, finally lose some weight without feeling hangry and recommend these! They don't give you energy or make you feel jittery...just full so you don't feel the urge to eat so often.

I use these when I am doing intermittent fasting and it does seem to help take the edge off of the hunger. They are not terribly expensive and they don’t leave a bad aftertaste or any other unwanted feelings or tastes. Give them a try 🙂

First off, I don't believe there is any "miracle diet pill." However, Konjac Root does help create a feeling of a full stomach, which helps curb appetite. I've tried other appetite suppressants but this is the first one that actually seems to work for me. Great product at a super price.

I thought this product would be a great way to get fiber and stay regular in the bathroom but I haven't noticed any difference at all, if anything, It feels as if I didn't take any fiber. I use Apple Pectin Fiber but based upon the reviews I decided to use this Konjac Root Fiber instead, since they are used for the same purpose. I would not purchase this product again and will stick with the Apple Pectin Fiber which seems to work much better.

Thankful this product exists, started taking Wegovy and unable to get more due to the shortages, this helped me feel fuller when I take it.
