Annoying at first....
I had trouble initially with this fan as it wasn't working as it should, I then realised it was loose where the plastic blades slip onto the metal pole. I glued it on (using no more nails) and it's fine now, no noise and running properly! Yay!Basically a cheap fan thats not made brilliantly but a bit of glue totally sorted it!

Don’t buy.
If I could give this item 0 stars, I would. Seriously, do not waste your money, these are the worst fans I’ve ever bought. I optimistically bought 3, I’ve had to return all 3.One had nowhere near enough power to actually blow barely any air out, at all, and its buttons were not working properly so turning it back off was a pain. One was seriously over heating after 1min use and was making the worst high pitched squeaking noise you could imagine. One actually seemed ok, and we didn’t think we were going to have to return it..until it had been on for 30mins, and then it too was overheating and even worse, the blade fell off entirely while the fan was on and the fan’s cage had to be taken apart to put the blade back on.Absolutely trash.

Good product
I have placed it on the bedside table and so fan power is good for me. I dont know how to say how loud it is. I am deep sleeper so i am not bothered by the fan sound. It keeps running for the whole night and it is working perfectly fine for me.

Flimsy, noisy, garbage
The assembly of this fan was very easy, mostly because the fan blades aren't attached they're just kind of free floating on the spindle. If you tilt the fan forwards the blades slide and hit the front of the cover. Regardless, we still gave this a try and to start all was good. Within 20 minutes the motor started sounding like there was a bucket of loose nuts and bolts in it. Spent less than an hour in the house before it was returned for a refund. Quality does not exist with this fan.

Does the job nicely
Easy to assemble, cheap - perhaps a bit more noise than more expensive fans, but at the end of the day stick this on on a hot sticky day (like it is today - late June UK) and the relief you feel will make you forget it is slightly noisier than a fan that costs 3 times as much. Well worth the 15 quid it costs!

Good-ish ... You get what you spend
This is undeniably a noisy and cheaply made fan... but does it work? Well, yes, sort of. It was easy to build and put together and turns on all as you would expect. Where my lesser score came from is from the wind it kicks out, it simply seems really inefficient. There is a lot of noise and not that strong a 'blow'. I would caviat that for the price... I suppose it does enough... just!
