First the bad. No instructions whatsoever. If you are unfamiliar with bicycle assembly have it assembled by someone who knows what they are doing. My bike arrived with name ZHENGBU. Since I was familiar with bicycles I had no problem putting it together. My home is on a very steep long street and the bike had no problem climbing the hill. This bike functions best as a pedal assisted bike so climbing hills requires pedaling. The motor kicks in and climbing a hill requires about half the effort or maybe a little less than without the motor. The twist throttle is great when you are just starting out as the motor will get you rolling but when you start pedaling you can really accelerate. I have made one 25 mile trip which included a few steep hills and strong wind. I way 185lbs. I rode in level one 85 % of the time and level 2 about 20%. I only used about 20% of the battery so this bike has along range. Keep in mind I pedaled almost all the ride but the pedaling seemed effortless. I could work up a sweat if I want to by climbing hills in level one and pedaling fast. Using the gears is very important in order to increase your range as it puts less strain on the battery and motor. In mode 3 you will really fly exceeding 20mph easily. I think I hit 30mph for a brief time. The fact that this bike comes with a 48 volt battery makes it a bargain. The bike pedals easily without the use of the motor so if you should deplete the battery, getting back is no big deal. The bike is actually pretty light with the battery removed so getting it into the back of my suv was easy. Getting up and down stairs with the battery removed is also easy. No, it is not a RAD Rover but it is more compact and a lot lighter and quite frankly just as much fun. I would definitely buy this bike again without hesitation. I'll update this review after I put a few hundred miles on it but so far I am really impressed.

Yes I will receive the 30 rebate, but I never buy this product again or recommend anybody to buy this again.
